The Swallow School Business Office manages the financial business for the District. This includes financial reporting for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Wisconsin Retirement System, Internal Revenue Service and the State of Wisconsin; providing payroll and personnel services for employees; managing the annual audit; monitoring purchasing; assisting in district budget development; selecting the district’s property; workers compensation and health insurance; obtaining long and short term capital financing and maintaining capital asset inventory; assuring that the district is in compliance with state and federal laws and continuously monitoring revenues, expenditures and the district’s cash flow.
