Board Settled 2012-13 Teacher Contract for Maximum Base Wage Increase

On December 20 the School Board unanimously approved the 2012-13 Teacher Contract providing teachers with a 3.16% increase to the base wage, resulting in a 2.0525% increase for each teacher following negotiations.  (Read More)

One Candidate for Board Election in April

Incumbent John Fuhs is the only candidate running for the School Board in the April election for a three year term.  This will be his second term serving on the Swallow School Board.  If you are interested in running for the School Board in the future, the annual timeframe in which to declare your candidacy is generally in December through the first few days of January.  Watch for our publication of this information in the November 2013 Synopsis.
