Before/After School Provider Information - NOTE: To begin before/after school care on September 2nd, you must register online by AUGUST 15th! Registrations received after August 15th will not begin before/after school care until after September 15th.

Those forms marked with an * should be returned to school at one of the registration dates - Thursday, August 14 from 7:00am-11:00am, or Tuesday, August 19 from 2:00pm-7:00pm. If you are unable to return the forms during these times, you may drop them off at the school office Monday, August 25 from 9:00am – 12:00pm. No picture taking will be available on the 25th; school picture make-ups will take place in September.
