Swallow School is part of the Arrowhead Middle School Athletic Conference (AMSAC).  The AMSAC Conference also includes the following schools:  Erin, Fries Lake, Lake Country, North Lake, North Shore, Merton, Richmond and Stone Bank.

The AMSAC Conference is a recreational league that offers basketball (grades 5-8) and volleyball (grades 6-8). The AMSAC conference, in coordination with Arrowhead High School, also offers the following cooperative programs: cross country, golf, gymnastics, track and wrestling.  The AMSAC Conference is a recreational league that encourages participants of varying levels including those who have never played before and those who are involved in select leagues.
